Edoardo is graduated in Economic and Social Disciplines at the Università Bocconi in Milan.

He is lecturer at the Department of Finance of the Università Bocconi and at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. His teaching experience focuses on Business Valuation and International Accounting (IFRS).

He is a Qualified Italian Chartered Accountant and member of the Accounting Principles Commission of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors (ODCEC) in Milan.

Edoardo has a multi-year working experience in a primary audit firm, where he co-ordinated the audit of important multinational groups and listed companies.

His private practice mainly operates in the preparation of independent accounting opinions and technical consultancies on IFRS, independent valuations and business plan reviews in the context of debt restructuring procedures.

He provides administrative and accounting consultancy to listed companies and multinationals, and collaborates with primary professional firms in the Milan area.

He has been appointed as independent expert, pursuant to the Italian Law in the context of extraordinary transactions, by a number of multinational companies.

He is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of certain Italian subsidiaries of multinational groups.
