ASSISTANCE TO THE CUSTOMER’S FINANCE DEPARTMENT IN ANALYTICAL ACCOUNTING, BUDGETING & REPORTING, IMPLEMENTATION AND REVIEW OF INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEMS

Our objective is to add value to the governance and the procedures of the Finance function, in line with the highest control and efficiency standards.

Our team provides support to the client’s accounting organization in a various range of activities:

structuring and evaluating the effectiveness of industrial accounting systems and margin analysis
implementing budgeting and reporting systems
implementing and assessing the effectiveness of internal control systems and management reporting
drafting of internal procedures for the Finance area
mapping of processes and controls, identification of gaps and remediation
