Francesco is graduated in Economics at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

He is a Qualified Italian Chartered Accountant since 2005.

Francesco has a multi-year working experience in a primary audit firm, managing the audit engagements of large Italian entities, listed companies and subsidiaries of multinationals. He was also in charge of administrative and accounting consultancy services, financial due diligence of companies operating in different sectors, and re-organization of internal processes and controls of local entities.

Throughout these engagements, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the accounting principles, of the special regulations applicable to listed companies, and of the internal control processes and frameworks.

He is currently member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of important Italian entities. He provides value added consultancy on complex accounting matters, and assists his clients in the implementation of budgeting and reporting systems and in assessing the effectiveness of internal processes and controls.
