Marco is graduated in Economics at Università Bocconi in Milan.

He is qualified as Italian Chartered Accountant and Ministerial Auditor for cooperative entities.

Marco worked for many years in a primary audit firm, mainly managing the audit of industrial and commercial companies (listed, multinational and local).

After an experience in the role of Finance Manager in a group of service companies, his private practice is currently focused on engagements relating audit, compliance, due- diligence, consulting and supporting activities about accounting and internal control matters.
